3rd Year Undergraduate at University of Delaware - Finance Major

The publication was created to provide thoughtful commentary on financial markets, macroeconomic developments, and investment strategy from the perspective of young investors studying markets in real time. While many finance publications speak from the institutional side of Wall Street, The Amstel Advisory focuses on how the next generation of investors interprets and navigates the same markets.

Our contributors are students who actively follow global markets, build investment theses, analyze macroeconomic trends, and manage their own portfolios while pursuing careers in finance, investing, and capital markets. Many of the ideas and discussions published here originate from the same daily process that young investors use to study markets: analyzing economic data, applying concepts instructed in class, debating investment ideas with peers, and formulating an investment strategy.

The goal of The Amstel Advisory is not simply to report market news, but to create a space where emerging investors can develop their thinking about markets and capital allocation. Articles often explore themes such as shifts in macroeconomic policy, developments in technology and energy markets, structural changes in global finance, and individual investment opportunities that reflect broader economic trends.

Subscribers receive full access to every article published on the platform, along with email briefings when new research and market commentary are released. These updates are designed to provide readers with concise insights into market developments while building a growing archive of longer-form analysis and discussion.

At its core, The Amstel Advisory is built around a simple idea: markets are best understood by those who spend their time thinking about them, questioning them, and learning from them every day.
